I've never played a build that needed cluster jewels before and am looking at them for the first time, first of all
1. holy fuck why are these a thing regular jewels are already significantly better than regular passive nodes, why are these totally replacing the regular tree allowed???
2. Am I correct in thinking you'll never get this shit with a league start and it's a pure meme you only do at the end of a league with mountains of currency?
