Yeah, it is a pretty funny coincidence since Tenna was foreshadowed a couple of years before the first episode of Digital Circus. Tenna is a bit more willing to resort to being a dick and he isn't as godlike in his stage as Caine is but the two are remarkably similar.
Hell, if the theorizers are correct and it sure looks like they will be Caine is about to have a mental collapse like Tenna does near the end of the chapter.
