Realistically I pick the strongest servant that would reasonably like me (so they won't instantly just chop my head off and find another master). Off the top of my head I'm not sure which servants would like me as a person. Kukulcan might be fine. I dunno if I'd be the right type for Melusine. Space Ishtar? I honestly don't remember but I don't think I'd keep her entertained.

I'm gonna throw my lot in with Kukulcan I guess.
