why would i bother approaching when i already know you`re not interested. either give me a clear sign you`re interested and maybe i will approach or fuck off. doing a cold approach as a non-chad would be awkward and unpleasant for both of us and could even land me in trouble if you freak out.

i would say the reason men are not approaching is because women are not giving off the signals to be approached anymore to average men. they reserve those signals for chad. the rare time an average man is given such a cue it is confusing and unfamiliar to him and he doesnt know how to proceed. if he got those signals in youth, a time of experimentation and neuroplasticity he would better adapt to picking them up and become more skilled and confident with age in the process. but as an adult who never got those signals growing up or lacked the confidence to act on them.
likewise women who are now only using those signals on chad never developed competence at deploying those signals. chads who are well adapted to picking up signals from a lifetime of experience make it easy on women. when she gives those same signals to the average man he lacks the experience and confidence to pick up on her far too subtle and inexperienced signals.
media exposure to handsome chads, moviestars, and social media figures, has given women a distorted and unrealistic vision of what she thinks the average man even is. further exposure to online dating allowing her access to chads, and in real life exposure to chads who are enabled like never before via hookup culture to enjoy many women. give women the false impression that one day a handsome chad, who she will think of as merely average, will approach her.
