If you think that's just a mashup I feel like you aren't listening hard enough. There's clearly new instrumentation, probably new vocal samples or some new mix of the original samples for the Demon Sisters theme, and it's hard to tell because of the dialogue over the song but it sounds like the songs are mixed so that there is room for the lyrics to fit around each other call-response style.

I wish the sample here https://youtu.be/_RzW0lOgtc4?t=22 went just a little further so I could hear how the vocals are layered, but at least this shows off the new instrumental in the beginning where the Demon theme starts playing.
