Its usually a matter of work environment. Ive had plenty of shitty jobs but even the shittiest of jobs I can get through depending on the people Im around. As long as everyone is doing their best to help each other out you can get through the day easy, but some mother fuckers derive pleasure from just making your day harder and those experiences can always drag a day down.
If you work enough of these wagie jobs you can see this too, anyone who is applying to do a wagie job PRAYS they get to do some shit like stock stuff or cook, anything a customer normally wouldnt see, minimizes interactions. On the opposite end those whose job it is to deal with 100's of strangers everyday are the ones always complaining cause running into an asshole is a guarantee and if you speak the wrong way or move your eyes in a certain matter theyll pounce on you(Even though the pandemic is over I still wear my mask to work cause of this shit cause god forbid you move your mouth a certain way too).
If you are one of the younger anons reading this, try to jump around as much as you can and find a place with good people, they do exist. Its a privilege exclusive to the young too, once you hit a certain age people are less inclined to hire you,""""""experience"""""" be damned.
