okay just tested, my GCD speed is picrel with swiftscale active
I was able to fit 16,950 potency inside of the phantom aim window (almost 3 full reawakens, except without the first hit of the reawaken which is 750 potency, maybe with some sks aiming accessories it could be improved)

either way I don't think it's a bad combination at all
