They actually don't. Normalfags have even worse track records than /v/ on forming stable communities that are healthy. /v/ has been around two decades, there hasn't been a normalfag community that has lasted that long without power tripping moderators purity-spiraling until they self-destructed.
And it's SIGNIFICANTLY worse with the generation who grew up around the internet than those who didn't.
