i think its people being targeted and groomed by law enforcement who are satanic...

its like hustling somone to convince them to give you their money,only youre manipulating their emotions to commit murder and assassinate

it takes a certain sortof person to be a target for that...

cant have much money,or real friends, etc, have to be like a loner etc...


then these criminals will talk them into doing it and make sure they have all the incintive and motivation to do it... pay off, money,promises of love, etc etc...

then you have some crazy schizzed out kid taking pot-shots at the president while cops stand down
