Reddit is one place and it's specifically the place that removes unpopular opinions in general. It is not the entire rest of the internet or community.

Except they do. idom especially bitches about it nonstop. Tons of pros do criticize the game. Mena, Angrybird, Broski, Punk, and even Daigo despite people making up that the Japs don't. I don't know why you feel so confident saying these things when you clearly don't know what you're talking about.

What happened? The only thing I can think of is the Dogura thing where he got warned, not for anything about the game, but because he was joking SFL wasn't serious like he wasn't going to try in his matches. Which might have been faggy but nothing to do with criticizing the game. Funnily enough, I looked it up to refresh my memory and the reddit thread I found was mostly people giving Capcom shit for it.
