Anyone who says they'd rather live in a city full of muzzies than a city full of westernized Jews is a self-deluded contrarian or an SJW retard. The majority of Jews in the west are clean, well-groomed, integrated, friendly people. I don't know a lot about hasidics or ultra-orthodox, but they're a small minority of Jews in the US.
Muslims on the other hand almost always refuse to assimilate, they're hostile like niggers, smell bad, claim Arab superiority, etc. They're just bad news.
