Egregious asymmetrical enforcement, intersectional rhetoric by any more than a couple degrees, Kafkatrapping, etc. are all classic humiliation tactics by a community under occupation that mocks you by rubbing it in your face. NeoGAF used to have something that was encouraged by the moderators called "junior baiting" where established members would hit junior members (who were on a one warning before permaban basis) with outrageous accusations in video game discussions like "why do you hate black people" and anything other than simpering prostration was an instant ban. They're insane ideologues who get off on conquering somewhere you want to be and even so much as questioning something so ridiculous is met with reprimand. You're wasting your time trying to make sense of the purposefully nonsensical. Reddit is a lost cause, you can't even talk about baking sourdough without someone butting in with social politics with full endorsement by mods.
