Of course Israel relies on US tech, as it is small country with only around 3 million people (mizrahi and sephardi are not classified as human being). Also CIA and Mossad are simply one organization, both sharing their intels. Don't know about MI6, as bongs are pretty much lost all their power after WW2. So in fact, Israel pretty much manages to stand, despite theoratically it should have collapsed. Question is how many years it will last.
