-massive radio/laser array used to control weather or communicate with ayylmaos
-penguins
-humanitarian projects to benefit mankind
-gay Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman orgies
-experiments to create cat-shaped clouds

We know for a fact that they have a very large nuclear reactor there. Possibly multiple (the US army did this a long time ago.) We just don't know exactly what they're using it for. You can totally go there and check it out, let us know what you find.
