What's dindin looking like /ck/?

I made some mac n cheese using the evaporated milk method, basically you boil the pasta in way less water so its just barely covered, then once it's a bit harder than al dente you add equal part (to pasta) evaporated milk and another equal part cheese, and the starch + milk emulsifies it all

I used 8 oz sharp cheddar and 8 oz velveeta, plus a small chunk of cream cheese I had

On top is some frozen boneless rib just for extra protein
