Cheers jalteranon, I'm a huge fan of Ichitaka's Jalter doujins. Anyway, as others have said there's no 1:1 fit to Jalter here mostly because botes are treated as dindunuffins so we rarely have any antagonist to love interest dynamics, the closest I could think of would be Jean Bart, and even then, she's like a 33% fit.

>Has tsundere-ish traits with a rough exterior but she's quite the romantic in her high affection lines

She never was meta defining though, she was a strong boss nuker with a niche manual play style. Also, in Azur Lane every single ship is for (you), so a love ranking of the ships would have everyone at Morgan-tier.
