I still havent got a clue how some of the skills work and I've probably passed up on some good picks for my strategy, just because I dont think they work, but they do. for example why does a pace chaser/late surger skill read anytime on the skills tab? I mean, yeah, a pace chaser start with an ability that supposedly works at any point in the race, but I swear I've seen some shit that makes no sense. (I am dumb.)
