What are the downsides to waiting for the Kitasan card rerun later down the line instead of rolling when it drops next week? I'm at 23k and I'm not sure if I'm able to scrounge up the remainder for the spark, granted I'm not in full desperation mode yet with the story mode still untouched but I'm still curious about the rerun in (supposedly) December. I'm guessing diluted pools? Will the rates be better?
