Stop Killing Games will fail because Japanese companies, especially prideful ones like Nintendo, would prefer opting out of the EU market over releasing source code or ways to play their online games without Nintendo servers. Good luck getting Nintendo to release the Splatoon source code! Or providing a way for it to be in a ‘functional playable state’ on PC! Or letting players make privately hosted servers and play on Switch!! Lol
