I have actually deliberately started avoiding the sun and I feel a lot better.
I never walk outside during the day unless I have to.
I have a job where I work in doors.
Ever since doing this, my mind has felt a lot sharper. When I would stand in the sun for too long my brain would go dumb.

I don't think white people are meant to be out in the sun all the time. It isn't good for us.
