Yes, but not before abolishing circumcision. Circumcised males are a lot more irritated by public nudity and eroticism than uncircumcised males are. Knowing this, I don't blame Republicans and Muslims for wanting to keep it out of the public entirely. The fewer foreskins per male there are, the more that women need to be covered up for the men to stay sane.
