your acceptance at 3 shanten to 2 shanten is the same as a "perfect" 1 shanten to tenpai. just at a glance you have bad shapes all over the place with nothing complete.
drawing a haku pair is more realistic for value than chasing closed itsuu which turns your 45m ryanmen into a penchan for the 6m and giving you all bad blocks. you want 7p for flexibility to draw good shapes because a random haipai is probably better than this hand.
