You can also get: pussy, anus (never works good for me), nipples, breasts, tummy, feet, hands, ugly male face (this one is incredible because often times the expressions are matched across characters, and with this you can separate the male/female expressions easily. Another thing I'll say, is don't be afraid to switch the model or even add loras during the detailing process. Along with the denoise setting and the cfg/steps, this is the largest impact you can have on the detailing process.

For instance, in pic related, I used a realistic model for the eyes, along with an eye specific lora, to get the quality of eyes I wanted.
