How come no one buys Nod-Krai computers if it's such a massive trade hub?
Even some of the clockwork meka was implied to be purchasable with other regions (see that 5.6 event with Varesa), but we never see them in other locations.
Even Africans living in remote mud huts can get a satellite phone or some laptops.
