I just quit my 105k/year (+ bonuses) job as an HVACR mechanic to open up my own company. Looking to sell to private equity for a few million in 4-6 years. I know I can make decent money during the summer months, it’s just the cold season where I’m a bit nervous, atleast I can also do refrigeration and heating work during winter. Not gonna lie pretty scared.
