It's a PVP game, the difficulty and how busy it looks are depends on the other players. At a beginner level and against bots it's pretty easy. It's not a complicated game, it will require a lot of different things from you but nothing you can't learn.
But I think to really understand, you just have to download the game and play against bots for a bit.
