I don't know... when it was announced that ep 4 would be Gangle-focused, I felt like not cutting down on my expectations, but letting them go wild instead. When said episode finally arrived, it managed to check all of the boxes I could have thought of.
It seems that Goose has a capacity to figure out what the fans of TADC might have wanted before even the first episode had been aired and - in general - what makes fandoms tick.
This is a VERY rare trait among creators. Craig mcCracken and Lauren Faust tried to probe the minds of their fans while making "Foster's home for imaginary friends", but somehow managed to create more and more episodes that were just plain infuriating to watch. The crew behind World of Gumball has probed their fanbase on a few occassions, but each time it was to gather stuff that they could mock within the show, like deviantART recolour OCs or shipping fanart.
