It would be best to say there were a couple major european royal houses that intermarried heavily and countless lower and basic nobility lines, down to what was basically a samurai equivalent.
As such it was common for royality to have a mixed "foreign" origin; take the Habsburg's for instance - but this foreign could be highly local, and the control of territory also fluctuated widely. It was quite chaotic at times, and the idea of nationality wasn't necessarily firmly established yet, with people thinking on a more regional, tribal level. In effect Europe was in a constant state of war for many centuries.
Today this is more of a matter of international capital, banks and corporations, than leaders of nations, who simply are owned and controlled by the aforementioned three (jews).
