You stare up at the Digimon, and the numerous searchlights it's blinding you with. As calm as you can, you try and pack your gear up. Normally, a wind wouldn't mess with your campsite, but Cargodramon's power is churning up vast volumes of Wind Data, sending loose items flying away and causing the textures of your flimsy tent to glitch out.
"Have you, within the last sixteen hours, heard or seen traces of-"
"I SAID NO! You're disturbing my camping trip! I came all the way out here to get away from the noise, and you show up right in front of me?! Go away!"
The servitors look at each other, exchanging information at the speed of light. Then one slides back upwards on the rope. Cargodramon shuts off its lights once they're inside, plunging the world into darkness again, save for the flickering amber firelight. Despite the wind, the holographic fire is unaffected.
"We apologize for disturbing your trip, citizen Marnie. However, it is integral that we capture this Digital Lifeform as soon as possible, in order to preserve both its, and the safety of humans including yourself. Please answer the following question. Have you-"
You look for something to chuck at it. Thankfully, all the empty sausage packets and s'more wrappers have been blasted away by the wind, leaving you with nothing to pelt it with and get reprimanded for.
"Are you deaf? Why are you sending a weapon all the way out here anyway?! Don't you have better things to do?"
"Weapon?" It muses from up above.
You feel your heart sink again, once you realize it can hear you. It's not a mindless vehicle-type like Mekanorimon. You hope it isn't packing a more complex scanning method. You turn your attention away from it so you don't risk upsetting it again.
