i don't know why you guys are so surprised abouit the amount of deltarune around, it's legitimately just the latest big thing that came out with sprite art so of course the younger generation are gonna jump straight to drawing it when the opportunity comes
plus most of what you need for it is already in the default palette so it's nice and easy to draw straight away
