Quite a few Digimon have kinda obscure attacks that are only ever mentioned or done once
I think Machinedramon is an example that could actually go over having four, since it has the backpack cannon, chest missiles, a tail mounted energy blade, a tail mounted PHYSICAL blade, fire breath, the chain claw tether, the arm drill, a missile/energy blast from the drill arm, AND a self destruct, in addition to conventional bludgeoning, clawing, ect.
Machinedramon is an extreme case, I'd be surprised if there were many with as much as Machinedramon has going on, but, it's an example of how easy it is to shoot past even 4.
