Those mirrored scenes are mutually exlusive. Encountering both versions in the same run isn't possible given how the story is structured. After a certain point the story splits in two, but events happening on those branches remain similar to each other more often than not, hence the presence of the mirrored versions.

Technically your pic is part to the brainwashed version, the "good" route. Mine belong to the failed brainwhashing "bad" route. They don't cross.
