Literal no one....but steam moderators and there is two moderators on steam who have a crusade against anime games for a reason, they have removed anime games for the most stupid reasons even when the games aren't nsfw, for example pic related would get BA permanently banned if you catch the attention of this two retards, so I see three outcomes if this happens:
1.Nexon removes BA from steam and stays on mobile devices only

2.Nexon goes for the censorship route and changes the "problematic content", with high chances of affecting the mobile version and future characters

3.Nexon say fuck it and creates his own launcher and tell steam to fuck off
