To be clear though, I don't think there is any indication that she "has the fetish" so much as she just thinks the fan art and aesthetics are cool. Whether or not that's a big deal is gonna be up to individual preference, I guess.

She obviously likes the aesthetic, and she has no issues incorporating super sexualized and over the top content into her music videos and shows. I imagine it'd just come down to finding a song that suits it well enough, and then also having the budget to do a halfway decent job of it. It's not like she'd be doing a photorealistic FX extravaganza; judging from her previous music videos, she'd probably just do something where she's stomping around scale models.
