Artificial womb is totally okay as far as the mechanicus (and by extention the imperium because if the literal engineer orthodoxy says it's cool, then it's cool) cares because they literally use it. Ever seen a mechanicus chick pregnant? yeah you know why. Not sure they'll put the "gets out at body age 16 and put at the very least the basics of 20 years at the car repair shop of knowledge in your brain" deal tho.
Also no need for the planet, the family would rather have the contracts for the merchant ships going from and to that planet (especially the big juicy ones) which is totally in line with being a Rogue Trader. Not sure the family would be really jumping of joy about the artificial womb thing tho.

Yes. BUT have you considered as in the previous post, what if she's one of those who's mutations are not fucking up her reproductive abilities? if it's the case the family is NOT letting you take one egg away. Not a single one. Too precious.
Doubly so in Cassia's case. She's the heir apparent, the most powerful navigatrix (note her mutations despite being literally in her early twenties if not younger) in her family and the key to taking back a big chunck of power her dynasty lost before the events of the game, if not take more than they ever held. She's just too big of an asset to let you "spoil" with your normie seed (sadly).
