Just for reference, here is my weight log for the summer. As you can see I weighed in at 215.2 on 7/24, but that was after a day where I ate super light (protein shakes and some chicken for dinner) so I was dehydrated and my guts were empty. After I went back to my usual food the next day I had a huge spike, over 7 lbs up in 48 hours. But because I track this stuff long term I know it was just 1 day of variance and so I stuck to the plan, and I'm right back to my overall trend line of 2 or 3 lbs down per week.
