1. Allegedly XY, you've never checked her medical records and you never would check someone's chromosomes to identify their sex. How many times have you asked to see proof of chromosomes before gendering someone? Most humans are at 0.
2. We don't exchange medical records regarding chromosomes to gender others because chromosomes are only 1 sexual characteristics among many. They're not even secondary characteristics, which means developed during puberty, ie breasts, fat distribution, facial & body hair, etc. We use those to identify people because that's how humans evolved.

Bigotry isn't complicated, it's really quite simple. As a general rule you've got 3 types of bigots:
>Idiots- who don't know any better and range from mostly harmless normal folks to needing a firm talking to about respect. Your uncle who supports you & also laughed at Ace Ventura's ending.
>Weaklings- who are too personally insecure to live in the real world of humans and need to invent nonhuman categories they are automatically "better" than regardless of personal merit. The misogynistic and aging woman who says Hunter Schafer is subhuman.
>Opportunists- who realize that by participating in bigotry they can be rewarded handsomely. Zionists who pretend their mythology is real so they can steal land.
Now all of that is only possible if you can fix some immutable differences to differentiate between the poo-people & the real-people. This was a tall order already for racism given how incredibly similar humans are after our genetic bottlenecking in Africa, it's essentially impossible for transphobes to resolve. They have to stick to "just so" fantasies and cliches that limit the amount of thinking they do.
Idiot just doesn't have time, sources or the inclination to be curious; but the Weaklings & Opportunists understand that it's vital they never think too hard about the reality. Now I'm not blowing any minds here by pointing out that sex is a spectrum with 2 big clusters ie male & female; and no one here needs to be told there's 2 smaller clusters of trans men & trans women. Each represents a gradient of sexual characteristics denoting sex.
In fewer words, we already know many cis women don't have a uterus let alone anyone assigned female. And they know it. They just don't want to think about how little seperates us.
Every bigot beyond the Idiot is a gambler who has staked either their personal worth as a Weakling or their ill-gotten gains as an Opportunist on the possibility that humans are not humans.
