And, also, that Shenron cannot revive anyone who has been dead for longer than a year. After a year, death is permanent, and not even Shenron's power can undo it.”
“Seems an arbitrary limit.” you hear Freeza mutter. But she pays him no mind, Fortuneteller Baba's eyes fixed on you.
“So. Are you ready?” she asks, expression serious. “Are you ready to undo all the damage done?”
“Yes. I am.” you nod, Fortuneteller Baba nodding back then whistling. A loud, piercing sound, one that makes everyone present wince. And after a moment from the other building emerges two of her fighters, the one wrapped in bandages and the one in the blue suit with the horns. Carrying a heavy box between them, walking to the middle of the arena and setting it down, removing each of the Dragon Balls one at a time until all seven are placed. She thanks her two servants, then turns to the orbs, lowering her hands as she shouts.

“Rise, Eternal Dragon! Arise, and hear the wish of the one who has called you forth!” she calls, and the orbs begin to glow. Brighter and brighter with a faintly divine golden light, suddenly a beam of energy explodes up from the ground into the sky. The midday sky suddenly turns dark, the beam of light transforming. Shaping itself into the long, sinuous body of a dragon. The golden light coalescing into a dragon!
“You who have gathered the seven Dragon Balls. Speak your wish. But beware, for it shall come true.” the giant dragon says, the fortuneteller turning to you.
“Well? Make your wish.” she says to you, everyone turning their attention to you. This is it, your chance to make things right!
