Any rational, well of mind man should be able to envision a masculine body trying to wear clothes made for another form and feel immediate revulsion. That revulsion is wired into you for a reason. That revulsion has to be trained out of people for a reason. That revulsion is trying to tell you something, and you should listen to it instead of beating it out with platitudes and staring at the mirror for so long that your overwhelmed mind begins to actively distort what you're seeing just because looking at an ugly thing for too long would make you go crazy.

The most important, formulative period of your life is usually childhood; exceptions for extreme trauma or extraordinary transformation. Nearly two decades~ minimum of experience and intuition building off of eachother that can't be replicated by raising the pitch of your voice, throwing on a skirt and making your computer wallpaper pink.
I am not happy, but it is better to be good than it is to be happy. Not like being evil would make me happy either. A rule of thumb for this sort of thing: if you were explaining your lifechoice to a mare and it seemed wildly out of place for the setting and the mare would be confused, you should take a few moments more to consider what you're actually doing.
It's fitting that your flag is a Changeling.
