Trump has been making money in real estate for over half a century himself, and his family has been in real estate since the Gold Rush. I think the man can read a chart and hire good people to steer a good economy. 2. The working class people of America (including the largest share of blacks and yes, hispanics in GOP voting history) have chosen this man. Maybe we should trust the people who do the work? 3. All Trump tariffs are to prove a point: that too many countries have been/are taking advantage of us under the disguise "free trade". Trump will hold them to their talk to make them do the walk. 4. Kumala/Biden/Newsom would have reduced/removed the 1031 tax exchange laws, and imposed nation-wide rent control. No thanks. I live in Seattle and trust me, you don't want what's coming here on the left coast. 5. The biggest investment gain and tax savings I've had in decades came with Trump's Cost Segregation and Accelerated Depreciation laws. I bought into 2 self-storage syndications with his help and I'm very happy with the results. TRUST the man who trusts WE the people to make our own decisions.
