Germanic and Nordic are the same thing. Blonde, blue eyed, light skinned is the basis then it later diverses into various eye colors (green, light brown/orange, yellow, hazel, grey) and hair colors (chestnut brown, pitch black, red and orange). All European powers had significant germanic blood. Serbia lost its faustian spirit early in the middle ages. Russia and Poland were a bit better off due to being closer in proximity to the germanic/nordic core.
