Yeah, base Chloe is actually genuinely kind of crazy. I think her only flaw is that her Projection is only for 1 turn. With you getting her NP5 for free since she's welfare too, her damage numbers are fantastic.

Looking forward to 120ing her when she gets her Evocation Festival in the next month or two, and then making her my Grand Archer in a couple years.

Makes me happy that both Chloes are genuinely awesome/fun units in game.
