I really don't understand why you guys have such a hard time understanding basic security procedure but I will give you a silly example which could happen in real life
1) subject A is a Chinese in dandong who transits to sinuiju for business
2) if he posts speaking as a Chinese then his north Korean flag allocation is not accurate to his politics, race, or citizenship
3) he is allowed to speak about politics in China regarding north Korea but not in north Korea. He posts from a Chinese ISP that allocates geo for north Korea.
4) he uses his phone to post on 4chan with a non geo flag to prevent open reports to either china or north Korea about him promoting open market capitalism and lite pro American sentiment which is illegal to do in north Korea
5) in doing these things he avoids any external or internal obvious reports from visible location posting, he does not falsely portray his location or nationality, and he does not incur any legal violations due to attention

This is ethical, logical, sound, and right
