Very based! It's ironic that for decades, Swiss direct democracy had a reputation for being very based, but lately they haven't had very many referenda with based outcomes, and they're increasingly just controlled by trade threats from the EU anyway. A good monarchy like Liechtenstein (with its based Hans-Adam II) would be vastly superior!

Indeed! Also, if we had to choose, I'd prefer a mineral deal with Russia over one with the Ukraine, even if we got less money out of it. Russia is more reliable than the Ukraine (especially under Zelensky) in terms of deal fulfillment, and more importantly is just a bigger and better ally.
