If Xbox actually decided to stick it out despite the bad press, what would have happened? Considering the state of the brand now over a decade later, could it have been worse? Perhaps having introduced game pass at e3 2013 would have softened the blow. It would at the very least be a different landscape today if Xbox stayed its course.
