In my city they made a "trolley". Everywhere that trolley stops is like the decay from some sort of evil "disease and decay" god.
The only stops spared this fate have 24 hr ARMED guards, and even then the "skitterlings" shuffle off to destroy society just a few hundred yards away from the stop.
