Played more with the kot and have to say this:
- Firstly she sucks in acheron teams without her LC
- Kot also sucks in PF when compared to Hyacine or Tribbie, but damage amp is decent at least
- The FUA is basically just tickling enemies and the ULT deals less damage than I thought
- Dunno about Feixiao teams, but for now feels like brick
Possibly okay in AS and MoC, we'll see! For now Tribbie > Cipher, because at least Tribbie won't need her LC
