They could at least shine otherwise, get some niche or have unique mechanics warranting being on-par with regular SSR releases at best despite taking a couple of months to fully complete. On a brighter note, I'd expect we should hear from S7 fate sims tomorrow - which are likely gonna be nothingburgers, but Halford might FINALLY see her fix once they are forced to touch her again. On the same page, they should finally cough up Ägirs fatesim, she arguably has dropped down far enough so that they can stop pretending her FS might overtune her.
