An authority figure has told her to "do something". If she has respect for the figure where the order came from, then she will love her job. If not, she won't. It's that simple. She has ZERO clue about how her cog in the wheel operates. Or how the wheel turns. Or why the wheel turns in the first place. We who aren't corpo slaves can ask these questions and usually find the answers unsatisfactory.
