you have a few choices, all involving farming boxes
staves specific evoker node - I only reccomend this if you ONLY need the veritas, if you need ANY other mat, i suggest you go elsewhere
swords - if you just want to focus on a single evoker but still need some mats(aka astras or stones), swords is the place to go
mundus - only go here if you want to uncap both evokers, mundus has higher drop rates but they are shared between the 2 evokers
